Brrly1 1,146 #1 Posted July 20, 2010 Well here last weekend I got the garage more less emptied out to do some more work on the GT loader. None the less the rj's stayed put because they were not in the way. I figured I w3ould walk around back and snap a few pictures. The 875 snuck in so it could get its picture taken. Thats what I mow the back yard with so I figured it might as well be included.Maybe in the next week or so I should finish the loader up,which would be a good thing. I haven't been in any hurry at all but I would like to finish. Here's a few shots. See Ya Bye, Burly

boatman 3 #8 Posted July 20, 2010  \hey brrly, that is a nice looking bunch of gt 14's. I have a 1969 gt 14. I put 3 pt hitch on it but didn't like the amount of raise i was getting using the bar that goes to the mid lift. I got another cylynder and valve and am going to make it lift from it's own cylinder. That should also make the tractor a little more versatle. Haven't hooked it all up yet as I need to pul trans axle and fix oil leak where the shifter comes out yet. I also want to build a front end loader for it too. Does the rear mounted tiller hook to bracket on rear axle like other tractors or does it fithe 3 pt hitch? Brrly1 1,146 #9 Posted July 20, 2010 Boatman, on the GT the tiller hooks directly up to the three point whether you use the mid-lift or the independent lift with rear cylinder. I like the idea of the independent rear cylinder. That is what is on my 69 GT with the front end loader. I plan on putting a 4' rear blade. I also beefed it up a bit by putting a fresh 16hp Kohler on it. Just need to finish it so I can finally use it. See Ya, Bye Burly :D

Brrly1 1,146 #17 Posted July 22, 2010 Butch, those are 27 x 8.50 x 15" tires which are the ags they also came in 27 x 9.50 x 15" turf tires. I have a new NOS ag tire and I am looking either for another tire or possibly a set of ags. Just a difficult tire to find. I will get the pictures of the three point setup with the tiller tomorrow evening. Been kind of crazy at work. Way too much sun. See Ya, Bye Burly :D
