zootownjeepguy 0 #6 Posted July 18, 2010 These are "CLICKER HUBS" and pretty common on most 2 wheel Walk-behind tractors. They allow one wheel to rotate faster than the other on solid axles without a differential so you can turn the tractor easier. Could be from an early Pond 2 wheeler or maybe a Simplicity?
