everything is free 7the L shape bracket is there. I went out tonight after it cooled down some tore it apart and put back together. Well it went well and it stayed on. i made room in the shed and it is even under roof now. would this be a worn belt maybe causing this????

If your L shaped bracket is bent to far away from the belt and pulley, it will jump too. It needs to be close enough that the belt can't just squeeze out.
