The last time I saw a lawyer with a gun he used it to shoot another lawyer. In the hallway of a courthouse. In front of TWO judges, Several dozen civilians, and a couple dozen police officers. :D

Funny you should ask that. He defended himself at trial and THAT was his favorite question for EVERY SINGLE WITNESS!

He got a few years to continue his law studies at one of Ky.'s prison law libraries, just a few miles from here. I think he's out now.
