Anyone know how to get ahold of Mayhew?

Hello,

I need to get ahold of Mayhew (Vinyguy doesn't make the gold 1996 decals) to get some decals that I saw he had in one of his older cataloges. I tried emailing numerous times with no response.

Anyone have a good way to get a hold of him?
