Thanks for the comments. As for the footrest material, I just put it on the B-100 yesterday with a double sided flooring tape called Rhino-Grip. Seems to work good. I think the 1/8" ribbed material is really the finishing touch.

If you need anymore, I am bringing a roll to the show Friday.
