What is this Decal to???

Everyone, got this Decal from a guy today, he says he has more, just has not found them yet, it is Toro part # 108580 Does anyone know what it was supposed to go on? He said he bought them from Humphries WheelHorse in Greencastle, In. about 10 or so years ago.

A ton of stuff from 81-84... go to Milaca Lawn's Parts Lookup and you can put the part number in to see.
