Brake drum question

Recommended Posts

Thats a beast and a half Nick, is it a D-200

I need to learn my WH models a bit better :P

I like the big wheels on the front :D

If i can get the front axle line as high as possible i could fit some bigger rims :D

I dont want to loose the axle articulation (a big word for me on a sunday night :P ) or the 4 wheel drive will be useless if a wheel lifts off the ground.

HHmmm more to  about :P

Well that it , l wont play with the raider l have started, but dam it l want another, two boxes together on the rear, put in a longer shaft on the front box to take two pullys, or make up a new pully to run two belts, there you are four drive wheels on the rear, am already thinking about power steering as well , wife has just said the wheelhorse has gone to my head lol .

Thanks Nick! Can always count on you for pics! Yes I think you have that date right-a little old now, its got decals on it now and got them ugly wieghts off there. I know Steve has a new picture - he took it for a spin when he was up here last summer, along with the 264 front wheel assist. Nothin new for toys lately other than gettin a 520 setup with a loader and a set of quick tach pallet forks- gotta love it!

Man, I go away for a few hours and a thread like this pops up. Maybe, I need to stay away from the "confuser" more.

Interesting ideas and pics. I like that D-200 4X4. Nice job, Bob. And, btw, if I haven't already done so, .

Ian,

Now, you done it. Just putting your idea done here has made want to read another "book" from you like your snow blade "book". Both editions.

Welcome, Bob. That's quite the machine you've built, there. The Black Hoods are still my favorite, but I'm developing a real itch for the D series

Thanks for the welcome guys! Stephen put me on to this forum and I've been lurking a while and decided to join. The yahoo groups are getting kind of boring and I really like the format of this forum. I'll try to get the pic thing figured out , so I can get some stuff on here soon. Thanks for the compliments on the D-200 4x4!
