And what is the purpose of the big lift hande on the right hand side that goes down through the foot rest? Nice looking tractor though. Good luck and have fun with it. I looked it up in Toros MPV and it's a Ranger 800, either a 1972 (2-0211) or a 1973 (2-0230) Of course those model numbers are for the ones in the USA, not sure if the ones in Belgium are different.
