mikemc53 10 #1 Posted 2 hours ago It isn't actually the tank itself that is leaking but it leaks where the gas line exits the tank. Top mount fuel tank with a grommet type fitting in the center bottom of the tank. That fitting has a shut-off valve as part of a tee that then goes to the fuel filter and then to the pump. The tractor has sat, unmoved, for the last few years so most of the rubber fittings and lines are pretty beat (either worn, brittle or both) and I was going to play around with it but I am not sure where to get certain parts. Fuel line and filters are pretty easy but the grommet type fitting with the shut-off on it might be tougher to find. Any ideas on either where to get that part or if there are any thoughts on repairing what is there. Thanks.
