953 nut 67,642 #2 Posted Tuesday at 11:04 PM All things considered you will be better off to replace the mechanical pump with an electric low pressure pump. Quick starts and no danger of gas in your oil. There are lots of threads on here to help you decide which pump to buy. Just leave the mechanical pump where it is, run new hoses and a filter and mount the pump lower than the tank outlet.
