wallfish 20,240 #3 Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Whenever the cable is connected directly to the holes in the disk that happens. Very fast throttle response. A Wheel Horse spec engine would have a small arm that was welded to the disk so the cable connection was a bit farther distance away from the center fulcrum point.
