My son however went thru a phase (like 10-12 years old) where he would watch it, so off to see it live in an arena we went. I was blown away by how many adults were into it!! 953 nut 67,509 #4 Posted 8 hours ago One of my uncles was so into TV wrestling that we had to get the hay in the barn by 2:00 PM so he could watch the fake fights. He seemed to believe that a wrestler could be pounded unmercifully then suddenly get a second breath and toss the opponent out of the ring. Best choreography known to man. CasaytheMann 183 #5 Posted 3 hours ago Back in the late 70's my brother was convinced that pro wrestling was legit, so I got tickets to an event in Portland. I tried to explain to him that it was fake. During every match he was telling me they hate each other and that's why it's so violent. After it was over we went out to the car and lit up a doobie. While we were standing there the wrestlers came out. They were all walking together and laughing.
