i was messing around with headlights and left the key on for 6 hours. Oops!! What a bone head!! So, the lights would work. I turned it to start and nothing. I took out the key switch, expecting to find a 6 prong and i only find 5!!

wait… a Magnum and a 5 prong key switch??

now, the 5 prong looks old, likes It’s been in the tractor for quite a while AND it runs excellent!

Now, the 5 prong looks like the lower right hand prong looks like it runs the key switch…but the continuity meter says otherwise!

I don’t know what to do? Just replace it w/ a 100990

or… reaplace it with a 100991 6 prong and run a ground wire?

It is a switch for magneto ignition #116338. If you replace with another part number switch makes sure the other terminals are connected to the appropriate wire.
