adsm08 4,779 #2 Posted June 27 It's pretty easy, even easier with two people. Step one, very important this is done first: Slip the belt from the engine off the deck pulley. 2: remove the lift link. 3: Release the retaining forks at the front of the tractor. 4: Turn wheels all the way to the right, pull deck out from the left. It helps to rock it up to the right a bit so the lift link clears under the frame. That's where the second person comes in. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Before I attempted remove and make more work for myself. I’ve taken pictures of what I believe are the steps you mentioned. 1. Is this the Deck belt I need to slip off the deck. From this circled end? Where would it slip off at if the gear box is in the way? 2. Is this the lift link I need to pull up And remove off tractor? 3. Like @pfrederisaid, you are 0 for 3. His pictures are correct. The things you pictured, in order, are 1) The double deck drive belts, the deck has to be almost fully disassembled to remove them. 2) The cut height adjustment. 3) The tension adjustment for the double deck belts. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
