rmaynard 17,347 #1 Posted 6 hours ago Due to the threat of rain, many people left Friday evening, disappointing a lot of Saturday show goers. For those here today, the show goes on 1 1
Sparky-(Admin) 25,671 #2 Posted 5 hours ago I’m one of those that decided to head home last night. Not only did I not want to show up to a rainy day I also knew it would be a fraction of what the show was on Thursday & Friday. And I was able to drive home at normal highway speeds on dry pavement pulling my trailer, much preferred over driving in the rain. Hope those that stayed enjoyed what was left. 4

Ed Kennell 46,336 #4 Posted 2 hours ago Sorry Bob, I also bailed out Friday night. It's a real hassle trying to cover and uncover the buckets in wet weather. If I can find some young volunteers to help, maybe next year I'll unload in a barn. I did have two great days having some good conversations with many old members of my WH family. Also got to meet a few new members. I do have one suggestion for all us young members. Please wear your name tag like I do cause many of the more experienced members have filled thier data storage center and do not have room to store anymore names or faces. Anyway, safe travels to all. I just finished unloading the buckets till the next show. Oh Bob, I did find one more PTO brake bracket while unloading.
EB-80/8inPA 2,017 #5 Posted 59 minutes ago I was not able to go except for Saturday. Got up early this morning, heard the rain pouring down, looked out the window and thought to myself “better luck next year.”

I know a young man who loves WH's and beagles, and is a very hard worker. Plus he can probably count it towards his service hours for scouts.
