The last group photo we had was in 2019, about time we gather in celebration of the Twentieth Anniversary. @Handy Don will be the executive director and my role is to publicize it, any help will be greatly appreciated. As usual we will have announcements made over the PA system and as usual when all is said and done there will be those who will say "WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME". I don't herd, but I might be able to rope the wife into playing photographer. Does the leadership have an approximate time in mind?

As far as picture takers are concerned, I found that when I was doing the group picture, there were plenty of folks taking pictures. I generally asked any of them that I knew to email or text me their best picture. That way I had an amazing source of pictures from different angles. However, it usually turned out that the best picture was from my own camera being used by someone else. The next part was the hardest. Getting the people in the picture to identify themselves. Many I knew, or other regulars knew, but sometimes there were those who were not known and that process took well over a month to get all the names matched up with the picture. As for the time I haven't heard back from @Wild Bill in VA so the tentative plan is to have the Friday group photo at 11:30 am and the Saturday group photo at 10:00 am. Many people get on the road before noon Saturday so that is why it will be a bit earlier. We just don't want this to conflict with any activities Bill has planed. 43 minutes ago, rmaynard said: The next part was the hardest. Getting the people in the picture to identify themselves. I have taken on this task a couple of times and didn't get much support either. I'm not too sure that pinning a number on everyone and hoping they respond is worthwhile, I would rather just let people enjoy the moment.
