90’s 520H on marketplace in my area…is it worth the asking price or should I haggle?

Tractor alone is a 100 roller but I see parts to sell so worth that. Deck 50 tiller 100.

10 minutes away i would certainly go to educate myself and maybe even the seller. Like 953 nut says
