adsm08 4,568 #1 Posted 3 hours ago So my Commando 8 has started, in the last day or so here, to give starting issues. After I was done working tonight I checked, charging voltage is between about 11.25- 11.5, static key-off is 11.75. So the battery is a bit rough, but the generator also has an issue. I couldn't find my jumper wires to go full-field, and I didn't have enough hands to do that and hold the voltmeter to the battery anyway. Since a lot of times it won't crank, unless you hit the key over and over, I'm going to go ahead and guess the brushes are worn. I just need some help finding the right ones. FYI You can delete everything after the ? when you post a link as that long nonsense stuff afterwards is just tracking. @Handy Don revealed that a while ago and I did not know that before he did. 1
