Leave the tree or not

I am cleaning up the pine tree row as the hackberry and some mulberry trees are not letting the pine trees get any sun. There is an oak tree in the line that I am not sure should stay.  I am thinking it will probably grow out in one direction and fall over. What are your thoughts?

I personally don’t like any tall trees that are within striking distance of my house. So I would be taking it down. Oak=good firewood

It's nice to shade the propane tank, but tree limbs rubbing on siding and roof shingles are both no-nos. Not to mention the express lane for rodents and insects.....

cut them back. I agree with Sparky - your Homeowners Insurance will too.

The hackberry is gone. It is too weak of a tree to be near a house. The oak is about 20-25 ft away from the house.

I'd remove it and go with the solid spruce row.

If you ever intend to remove the oak do it now while it is manageable and won't cost a small fortune to do later.

@dodge78   my next door  " neighbor "  use the term laughingly  , because the place is more like a  jungle than yard, every area of it is more like jungle , main concern  I have is the , large pine tree ,  fairly close to my house , originally  all the  frontage homes to my  area , were  fronted , by them , for  stage entry effect , mine was removed 30 plus years  ago , if it were to hopefully  fall back onto his  dump / used to be house , that would be vey nice , his father  , kept it  like a picture / perfect  set up . the town , does not even do any road maint , on his stretch , why bother ? might find someone with  a back how , that will remove it for firewood ,  make quick work of your  issue , pete
