Snow plow on commando 8

Hello all, yesterday I dropped my zero turn off at the dealer because it’s broken 😠 anyway I spotted a red snow plow..it’s wheel horse plow, I believe it’s probably a 90s or 80s one, are these plowed pretty interchangeable or not really? Can get serial number for you

Have to have a serial number to tell for sure. If it fits a 300 or 400 series or any C Series then it will fit your commando.

 

 If it's built for a 200 series, not so.

There were 2 available in 1968.

The old style 6-2111 mounted ahead of the rear axle housing as did the models for the short frame tractors.

The new style 6-4111 mounts under the rear axle housing and fits both short and long frame tractors.

1991-1993 model 06-48BC03 (First blade to have 5 angle positions)

1993-2001 model 79350 - (105-1502 kit adapts 2001 and older GT Classic-Series blades to fit 2002 and later tractors

2002 2004-2009 2012 model 79364 - (105-1501 kit adapts 79364 blade to fit 2001 and older GT Classic-Series)

Different tractor frame and transaxle made for different styles of blade frames.
