Reddart 213 #1 Posted 5 hours ago PTO seems to be slipping with the mower deck this season. The lever adjustment is all the way down, so I assume that means a new clutch plate or friction plate is needed? Is there any how to on the site for this? also, can I just replace the friction disk, or is a new clutch plate needed? Anything else I should change while I have the PTO pulley off? ebinmaine 78,689 #2 Posted 5 hours ago @76c12091520h Brian Badman has the clutch discs. You'll also want to clean, check, and re-lube the PTO bearings. While it's all detached check every pivot point in the lever system. 3

ri702bill 12,062 #4 Posted 4 hours ago If your chutch disc is worn down to the heads of the brass rivets, it's time to change it. There was a post a while back about just replacimg the friction material part..... IMHO, that's too much like work. Easier, simpler & faster to get a new one. NOTE - The replacements are usually 6" in diameter - the OE may have been a tad smaller. Either fit the C series...
