Has anyone mounted one on the front axle, in the gap between the engine and front hood, and put the rope through the hood? Was wondering if that axle was strong to support that? If I were going to do that, I would use the plate that the mule drive mounts to. Those parts are tough steel So long as you were to pull the weight of just the tractor, you should be fine. Of course then the hood opening could be a challenge and another problem to overcome. Maybe it would be possible to put a trailer hitch receiver on so the winch would detach? 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
