That gasket is now hard to find, Google Onan 122-0502 to search for one, you might get lucky. The Case website mentioned above has a solution if you can't find the original. I think anything that would direct the air toward #2 cylinder insted of letting it escape around the oil filter would work. They are identical in fit and material. Hope this helps. I have to have mine clamped between the front and side cover to keep it in place. The Onan moves a lot of air and will blow it out.
