Dimensions please?

Can anybody give me an inch measurement from the center pin (pivot pen) on the category 0 hitch to the center hole more/less of where your vertical pin would be to hold the plow on at? Wanting to make my lift arm assembly myself but would like a general idea how long it needs to be pivot pen to plow hitch pin. Thanks in advance.
