The rear axle bracket is built of a pair of angle iron pieces with a 3/4" round top slot cut in the bottom as pictured below. They do not need to be welded to the cross bar but will need the two bolts each and the heavy bracket for the other side of your axle.

The arm that swings under the snow plow's 3/4" rear cross bar is pictured. I have no dimensions to give you but the frame of the snow plow will go between the angle irons.

For a 312-8 you would want the angle iron  pieces mounted with the ears outward rather than inward, this is the only good picture I have and it is for the older short frame tractors.

Here is a picture of the axle bracket on my 312H.    Use the axle size as a reference.

Also dose anyone have drawings or dimensions of the snow plough frame without the blade on?

Can't give exact width detention as mine not factory. If you are using a angle like Ed's it looks to be a 2"x 4" angle.

I’d suggest you post a sketch (or pictures) of the items you’re interested in marked up with the dimensions you need.

The front blade frames varied over the several tractor models (short-, “medium-”, and long-frame) so it matters what model of tractor you have.

Wish you were closer.   I have complete plows for $100.
