ri702bill 11,732 #4 Posted 6 hours ago Jon - it sounds like the Hi-Lo shift lever inside is broken - a fairly common issue. If taken apart, the shift fork can be welded and actually made to be better than new. Ask if the swap-out trans has had that fix already done. If not, why not go thru fixing your own Unidrive?? Finding parts isn't too much of a pain since the parts have remained fairly consistent throughout the years.
