Buddy of mine got that from a tick and if I couldn't eat beef or pork it'd be toes up for me. 

Funny thing is buddies handle is Beef ... he used to raise polled herefords.

Usually fine here in N.C. Those 2 proteins coming  from Texas to Minnesota. Whew.  no Bueno.  My correct guess is garbage soil here.  In the middle they are fed silage along with grazing on fertile ground. Walmart cows n pigs.  Like many humans.  Obese and slow.  :rolleyes:

Never tried it, but I’ve read that coconut oil applied to the skin will keep them from biting.  It’s a bit less toxic than permethrin.

Actually, it was Gravley Pond across the road. Chebacco does have some nice fish in it. My friend lived on the lake and would take his mother's Hillman racing on the ice.
