Best way to clean the baked on looking grime off the tractor and engine?

Well got most the baked on crud off the frame and tins. Washed the wheels up, although they will need painted later. Cleaned up the corrosion on it. I didn’t get underneath the tractor as much but that will be a later day. At least I can see the red color, could tell it before. Lol! Waiting on my new shifter boot cover before I put all back together. Think I’m gona paint the foot rest cause they are petty ugly. Gotta find some non slip pads to put on them.
