Crank tight but before over doing it beat the other end into the hole, crank tight again, beat again. Rinse and repeat. Maybe a 1/2" rod or bolt but the head needs to fit through the hole. If you do get it to budge, maybe reverse the direction and do the same thing. Rinse and repeat that back and forth while spraying lube in there too.
