Hayden 2 #1 Posted March 30 Got my mower deck out to install and found these bracket attachments loose. One bearing was broken in half and both of them were loose in the bracket. I attached a part number, how can I track down new brackets and bearings?
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 12,080 #2 Posted March 30 If Toro has them they will be priced here https://www.partstree.com/models/c5-60sc01-toro-60-side-discharge-mower-deck-for-tractors-1988/

This looks to me like a PO drilled out the bracket to “re-round” the hole and then added bushings in the hope that they’d absorb the wear instead of the bracket. Only your caliper and some testing can determine the state of the bracket holes. If you have the skills (or know someone who does), I’d strongly consider doing the same thing again. My go-to for specific bearing/bushing sizes that I cannot find in the Hillmann drawers at Lowes or the hardware store is McMaster-Carr (although I did once get a lathe-owning friend to custom-turn a set down from a “stock” OD). Just keep in mind that the position of the bracket hole relative to the deck need not be overly precise-- ±0.125 inches is not a problem! CORRECTION: courtesy of @cleat who clarified that they are indeed bushings in the factory build. I’d still check the bracket hole for excess wear before simply adding the bushing and reassembling. Hayden 2 #4 Posted Wednesday at 03:03 AM Sure seems like index #44 on sheet 2 is what I need. There were 2 in a local store that I got them ordered too. We will see. Thanks for the help!

Thanks for the help! Yes, that is them. I don't know why they are called spacers in the parts diagrams but they are indeed bushings.
gt14rider 1,106 #6 Posted Wednesday at 03:17 PM Those spacers are made of steel not brass. The hole in bracket needs to be restored and spacer installed or in stall bronze bushings
pfrederi 20,084 #7 Posted Wednesday at 09:05 PM They are spacers and after you tigh en the bolt they keep the bracket and arm apart enough to move.
Hayden 2 #8 Posted 2 hours ago Got new bushings, and the holes in the bracket are definitely the problem (although 1 bushing was broken in half so I had to replace it anyways.) those brackets are not made new anymore, does anyone have some on an old mower deck I can buy?
