Hayden 2 #1 Posted yesterday at 07:13 PM Got my mower deck out to install and found these bracket attachments loose. One bearing was broken in half and both of them were loose in the bracket. I attached a part number, how can I track down new brackets and bearings?

This looks to me like a PO drilled out the bracket to “re-round” the hole and then added bushings in the hope that they’d absorb the wear instead of the bracket. Only your caliper and some testing can determine the state of the bracket holes. If you have the skills (or know someone who does), I’d strongly consider doing the same thing again. My go-to for specific bearing/bushing sizes that I cannot find in the Hillmann drawers at Lowes or the hardware store is McMaster-Carr (although I did once get a lathe-owning friend to custom-turn a set down from a “stock” OD). Just keep in mind that the position of the bracket hole relative to the deck need not be overly precise-- ±0.125 inches is not a problem!
