702854boy 776 #1 Posted March 21 (edited) Does anyone happen to have a recommendation on a volt meter (preferably an analog one but we could probably live with a digital one) that would fit in the ammeter hole of the round hood gas tank? All we can find are deep ones that come into contact with the steering shaft and we can't seem to find a shallow enough one. squonk 46,550 #2 Posted March 22 How much room are you lacking? You may be able to find and an electrical box reducing washer that will fit around your voltmeter. Maybe stack a few to bring the meter out away from the shaft. You can polish the washers and clearcoat them to pretty them up.

702854boy 776 #4 Posted March 23 The volt meters we keep finding are like 3 inches deep whereas the stock am meter only about an inch deep but we can't find any volt meters that are the same depth as the am meter
