Front Hitch with Ball

Years ago i bought a front hitch for my B-80 Wheel Horse that someone in Rhode Island was selling on ebay.  These hitches were great and i bought another for a toro model wheel horse.   However , i wanted to see if the B-80 version would work on a toro 314-8 i hsve.  I finally got around to it today!

 

The beauty of this hitch is you can keep your front mower mule drive on either yhe hitch!

Yup, nice design.

He was only about 10 miles from me; seems he got out of the business.

I posted a while back I made mine out of an old rusty mule drive and an ATV front hitch...

@Lane Ranger   sold a 312 -8  years back that I recovered , that also had a front ball hitch , wanted it to  move  boats around his lots . heard it  worked out well , pete

The guy quite making them a few years ago, he sold at least 3 types for WH's on ebay, the permanent mount like Lanes, the same type but you had to remove the mule drive to attach it and a 2" receiver that mounted with the mule driver removed. I still have a permanent one on my 312 and the 2" receiver one.
