I used the 800 special with the Eaton 5 hydro to build my sideXside. It had the same odd frame but did work well for a two seat show rider/pickup..

Have the CFO riding along for prompt decisions and with room in the back to haul purchases. Hook up a tub trailer, if necessary.
Justonemore 11 #29 Posted 5 hours ago After reading all the comments and discussion of the Special I have a new game plan. I have everything I need to put together a Frankenhorse but this must wait until the weather breaks and I can get out to the boneyard and take inventory. When the project has been defined I will start a topic and document the build. Lots of stuff will transfer from the Special. It's going to be the year of the horse around here. Soooo, Thank-You all for setting me in the right direction, and I look forward to spending some screen time here. 1

Justonemore 11 #31 Posted 4 hours ago Thank-You Eric I may just do that. My dad was from Brownville and the family had a camp on Ebeemee. We used to visit folks in Bridgeton and we would have lunch at The Damsite Restaurant. Ahh. memories.
