I have been wanting to mention that one of my riding buddies passed on June 21. 2024 at the age of 88. Unfortunately he was on one of his many motorcycles when he was hit by a car by someone in the same age bracket from what i can gather. Went into Hospice and passed shortly after. Don was very well known in all areas of Motorcycles and was not going to give that up. I thank him for what I learned from him and miss him dearly. For info check out on Legacy.Com Donald Murray Burnett at Campbell Funeral Home Beverly Mass. I have a thread on here under the same title I believe.  Thanks Guys

Yes he is. And his good friend and mine Bob Hicks. Two of the best. I have saved all of my Cycle Sport Magazines that Bob published through the years. BOTH LEGENDS. @eo1bart And trail rides through New Hampshire and Maine with them.  :auto-dirtbike:   By the way ,  nice bikes.:bow-blue:

Owned Burnett's Garage in Wenham, Ma. My older sister had her MGBs serviced there. We grew up next town over. (Hamilton) Small world.

Small world. I grew up in Danvers and played softball in Hamilton & Beverly after many years playing baseball and hockey in Danvers. I have an older post with pictures in Non-Tractor related here with Don and I headed out in Maine for a trail ride and some info. Titled  Daytona 200 winner 1962.    @Wayne0   :auto-dirtbike:
