need help with dimensions for a lift arm

I just bought a used snowthrower model 0644SC01-60180

It is a 44" wide 2 stage blower I am putting on a 520h Wheelhorse.

it came without the lift rod part number 117556.

The pitcure shows a shaft with a 90 degree bend on each end, each short end has a drilled hole thru it for a clevis pin there is also a welded on tab that a lift assist spring hooks into. This is something i could make myself if somebody could send me dimensions. My local toro dealer wants $103.90 for this lift rod. A little bit overpriced if you ask me.
