Joker72 72 #1 Posted 22 hours ago Does anyone know if these will fit my C-160's 23x8.5x12 turf tires? Thanks!
ri702bill 11,074 #2 Posted 22 hours ago Most likely...but... Not enough crosslinks. Should get the full complement type. 6
Joker72 72 #3 Posted 22 hours ago (edited) Thanks! Trying to secure some prior to second phase of this storm rolling in. These are in stock at my local Tractor Supply. But I see your point. Edited 22 hours ago by Joker72
ri702bill 11,074 #4 Posted 22 hours ago And as a side note... additional cross links can be added later. The set on the 854 I made using an old pair of ice grip chains for the side links and all new cross links & connectors. Tough on the hands using the chain pliers though. 1
peter lena 9,665 #5 Posted 21 hours ago @Joker72 like the welded rings they have at T/S right in the chain section, pick up some medium pull hook end extension springs , makes snugging up a chain set up easy , like a thin flat screwdriver as your spring slide leverage point . pete
peter lena 9,665 #6 Posted 5 hours ago @Joker72 morning , as usual , how has your enhancement worked ? good / bad , regularly refer to how things , evolve , regularly go over entire unit for opportunity to stop or correct a start ing issue . ex, how easily do your choke / throttle , levers move / react ? been years now , super lube hydraulic oil , in every set up and a light extension spring pull at end counter pull Assist , to close / stop . incredible temp specs , hot / cold , always slick . none of my cables sound like a hack saw on a threaded rod , smooth / easy slick . always looking for an enhancement spot . good plowing , pete
