In spite of being the shortest day (or longest night) we will not have the latest sunrise of the year or the earliest sunset of the year today. January 5 was the latest sunrise (7:27 AM) and the earliest sunset took place two weeks ago on December 7 (4:45 PM). 3 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
