DLF 51 #52 Posted 1 hour ago The 1985 312-8 came with a 3 amp. charging system and AC head lights. You may have to to charge the battery if it's weak. Most other 312's had a 15 amp charging system. Stan50 161 #53 Posted 27 minutes ago @DLFBattery is strong, 12.8 V at rest ,14+ when charging. Battery 300 CCA. Bendix was stuck, that small gear was rotating freely but no movement out 👀, I was working in dusty conditions lately so maybe that was the reason. I enjoy working on my 312-8 anyway .
