pfrederi 19,694 #26 Posted December 26, 2025 (edited) D200s came with a vacuum fuel pump Edited December 26, 2025 by pfrederi
Teddy da Bear62 170 #27 Posted December 31, 2025 I have searched the parts manual, the service manual and the internet. I cannot find a photo or diagram showing the location of mechanical fuel pump on engine block. I believe it sits on top of the block, below the carbetrator and between the jugs. Can anyone with a D-200 post a photo of their fuel pump?

Parts tree website is wrong. The Service manual is wrong. The Parts manual is wrong. It's a ghost part, where documentation does not exist. Teddy da Bear62 170 #29 Posted December 31, 2025 The illustrations from parts tree on the k532 and spec number for wheel horse. Includes diagram from service manual. They surely look mechanical to me.....sigh

Teddy da Bear62 170 #33 Posted 2 hours ago (edited) The old bear has had, still has pneumonia. Spent 3 hours in driveway during second snowstorm trying to open it up to go to work. 1st. storm dumped 3ft. (not a typo) in my driveway and a 4ft. drift in front of my garage doors. It was really fluffy snow and easy to get rid of next day. But still a surreal landscape. The next weeks snow was about 18" and much heavier. It came with near zero temps that nearly killed da bear. Haven't had much time to work on the D-200. But did look at inlet nipple for fuel. It was packed shut!!! Yeah, the auctioneer said it ran when they parked it for the auction. I should have asked "what year was that?" Edited 2 hours ago by Teddy da Bear62
