having added  backward walking  to my everyday , exercise , has been most beneficial ,  regularly walk  a ball field park area  , initially it was  awkward  and hesitant  , but reading of its benefits , higher calorie burn ,  added stability  , confidence , its made a big difference for me , also  included , bench end corner  , leg quadrant  stretching  , regularly done , lets you get directly  into  hip , back , leg issues . my  walk this morning , left me feeling relaxed  and  much better  , movement ease .  also looked up  my issue / problem  , found  exact  how to site . do this daily  , leaves you feeling  comfortably  sleepy , which I also do . next birthday is 80 , wakin pete

There's more & more evidence all the time showing that most of our injuries could have been prevented by earlier intervention in proper training. 

Back. Knee. Hip. Other joints and muscles. All could last decades longer than we currently allow for.
