peter lena 9,479 #1 Posted November 3 having added backward walking to my everyday , exercise , has been most beneficial , regularly walk a ball field park area , initially it was awkward and hesitant , but reading of its benefits , higher calorie burn , added stability , confidence , its made a big difference for me , also included , bench end corner , leg quadrant stretching , regularly done , lets you get directly into hip , back , leg issues . my walk this morning , left me feeling relaxed and much better , movement ease . also looked up my issue / problem , found exact how to site . do this daily , leaves you feeling comfortably sleepy , which I also do . next birthday is 80 , wakin pete 4 2 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

There's more & more evidence all the time showing that most of our injuries could have been prevented by earlier intervention in proper training. Back. Knee. Hip. Other joints and muscles.
