ACE or any hardware store has them.  Used to hold cable, wire, tubing in place.  You could probably get what you need off any telephone pole.    With all of the granite in Maine, they may be in your back yard on any pole.

EMT tubing has odd diameters. 1/2" is .706" OD and 3/4" is .922" OD and the clamps fit accordingly.

I'll guess the one you want is for 3/4" round bar. The 1/2" clamp should work. Commonly called a one hole strap.

1/2" Ridged electrical conduit has an outside diameter slightly over 3/4" and the clamps are made of heavier material. A bag of 5 cost less than $ 2.00 at the big box stores.

A little fine tuning will be needed. Get the ones for rigid pipe. The big box store straps for EMT are lighter. These days I've noticed that even the rigid straps are sometimes lighter.
