ri702bill 9,636 #2 Posted September 3 A "cousin" to the early V8 Vega swap. I rode in a few. Waaay too nose heavy, with a distinct desire to swap ends and do loop-de-loops at a buck ten.... One of my buddies at Trade School had a friend in the Auto Body Business. Bought a v8 Gremlin X with the 304 automatic and a wrecked 1970 Rebel Machine. The Gremlin got the 390, 4 speed and the 3:91 posi rear axle.... Same problem at 110 MPH - the "Panorama" view from the driver's seat..... 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
