Yay findly got my transmission parts in and a good starter cup too so this weekend I'm going to findly have time to work on it again because I only have 2 1/2 weeks to get it done for the big show in TX

Well I thought I was going to have the transmission together today but I got the wrong four bearing shipped to me just sucks waited almost a month for them so I started taking the frame apart found some welds broken so tomorrow will weld them and fix the hood stand too

Did some welding today fix the braces, new spring holder and fix the hole in the front bracket for the blade assembly

Transmission together with the help of Oliver2-44 with four good bearings until they get the new bearings figured out for me

Transmission is on and will have new tires on the front tomorrow now just going through the parts and see what else have to fix and put on the suburban and get this thing up and going for the show in about two weeks

You can change those bushings out and use wheel bearings instead. Bushings wear the spindles down so you might want to check those too. :twocents-02cents:

Probably not the most important thing on such a time crunch job

A Bearing Splitter will do the job   VEVOR Bearing Puller Kit 14-Piece 5 Ton Capacity Bearing Separator Pinion Wheel Bearing Removal Kit with 2-Inch and 2.8-Inch Jaws Bearing Puller Set you may be able to borrow on from an auto parts store.

Hood on and gas tank is ready to be put on that's tomorrow nights deal does anybody have a picture of how they ran the fuel line and the throttle and choke cables to the motor

Fuel line, sediment bowl outlet directly to the carb. That line is short and just suspends. Not a bad idea to put a fuel filter in there too

The choke is just a direct link wire from the lever to the carb. no conduit

Throttle cable loops from the lever towards the hood stand and goes to the carb from the bottom
