SylvanLakeWH 28,589 #2 Posted July 28 (edited) Sorry for your loss. That C-105 looks in great shape! And great range of implements as well. I have a C-105 and they are great machines. My .02 is that you most likely will get some direct interest from your post. Keep an eye on your direct messages on this site. When you post, put everything on the classifieds here. Regarding value, folks will chime in on various implements who are more knowledgeable than me. Edited July 28 by SylvanLakeWH

ebinmaine 72,988 #4 Posted July 28 And my condolences. My experience shows me that selling individual pieces will give you more total money... But.. Selling a package will be easier.
953 nut 60,348 #5 Posted July 28 Sorry to hear your brother passed, was he a member here? Your brother had quite a collection of implements and a very nice tractor. You are right in the meddle of country so finding an interested buyer shouldn't be a problem. I bought one of mine in Niles about 20 years ago. Selling items one at a time can be time consuming and a bit aggravating. I would suggest you and your brothers come together on a price and post the entire bundle in our classified section. Others will come along with some price suggestions. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/classifieds/for-sale/
ri702bill 9,533 #6 Posted July 29 Welcome! Sorry for your loss, it is all too often a situation like yours comes up and WH items become available....... The price for wheel weights will vary widely depending what brand they are and what they are made of. The lowest cost are the cement filled plastic ones. Off brand cast iron ones are worth more, the highest priced ones are the OE Wheel Horse cast iron version. Homemade cement filled brake drum style is a crap shoot - alot depends on fitment, actual weight and overall condition. Does the Rototiller run?? It is much older than the tractor - like from the late 1950's to mid 1960's. Rare to find a good running complete one......
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,522 #7 Posted July 29 It is a 1981 model and the 295 is the Julian build date being Tuesday October 21, 1980 1
squonk 43,939 #8 Posted July 29 I find when there are several items in a package deal, folks tend to want "individual prices" added up and then advertise the lot. Then they end up sitting on them for a while because not everybody has a couple of grand sitting in the cookie jar to buy it all. Come up with a price in your minds you think it's worth then if you "really want to move it " cut it in half and they will be gone before you know it. Ed Kennell 42,169 #9 Posted July 29 to the The C-105 looks to be in great condition. Has it been restored and repainted?
Pullstart 67,042 #10 Posted July 29 PM sent. I offered my condolences, and informed @SMGutsch that I can to go down Tuesday with my big trailer. I believe I can fit everything in one easy load, and I’ll probably haul a tractor with me to assist loading. That worked out great last time! 4

My brother was in the process of restoring it when he passed. He had it repainted and I think he was 90% finished putting it back together. I was able to mow the lawn with it this summer. He has a new housing for the mower deck and some stickers, belts and other parts. Here is a picture of the wheel weights. the big ones are plastic covered. I don't know if the rototiller works. I haven't even pulled the cord to try to start it. The engine is a Kohler K91 6
SMGutsch 22 #12 Posted July 29 My Uncle had a Wheel Horse and I think he bought most of the older attachments (plow, disk, cultivators, trailer etc.) in the early 60's. He used to hook all of our sleds to the back of the WH an pull us around. Back in the early 60's they didn't salt the roads so we could go right down the street behind him the tank sprayer is almost new 2
Pullstart 67,042 #13 Posted August 6 Steve, it was great meeting you and your brothers. Best of luck with your endeavors! I had room on the trailer to grab an old manure spreader that will be used as a yard trailer and kid hauler too! 2

SMGutsch 22 #16 Posted August 9 Thanks Again to Pullstart. I thought we had all possible attachments until you showed us the manure spreader. I will keep looking for any other parts that might go with that tractor. 2
Gasaholic 304 #17 Posted August 9 NIce C-105. COndolences on the loss of your brother. I had about the same dilemma with selling my 1948 Farmall Cub - might get more total money piecing it out, but convenience sake I'm just selling it as a whole package deal (A Farmer's starter kit - '48 cub with sickle bar, moldboard plow and disk harrow) since I got my 417-8 with the tiller attachment, no longer needing the cub so figured I'd let that heirloom go to someone who can use it and/or appreciate it. She wants to be run, but I got nothing to run it for.... Thats still up for sale on FB Marketplace if there's anyone happens to be interested.
