Deer used to eat our hostas to the ground. Now they walk right past.

They never fill up. Just kept on grazing until our entire yard became an involuntary food plot. A couple hundred dollars in Bobbex each year make all those tasty plants intolerable and they just move on. The stuff is not harmful, it just irritates their sinuses.

The only venison that I've ever eaten came from West Virginia corn fed deer. My B-I-L live on a mountain top. He feeds the deer corn all year.
