Good afternoon everyone I’m trying to see the timing marks on the crank and the flywheel for the valves not sure where they are and also info for putting the lifters back in torx settings for the bolts etc. I just changed the governor wheel and now trying to put it back together any and all help is appreciated.

This service manual will give you all the information needed to put your engine back together. Your flywheel timing marks are on the back side of the flywheel and timing is checked with a timing light using the mark on the bearing plate. Your engine can not be static timed as it has an ignition advance cam shaft.

This is on a small block 8 but the marks should be the same.  Look for a raised edge in the crankshaft and a dot on the camshaft. Line them up.

Follow along on the assembly section of this post made by @prondzy, it is a small block but the process is the same.
