I was just trying to show what the pump looks like and how it functions. I've had mine for 4 years and still working. So even for more money I think think it's still worth it for ease of use and not having to spill gas. Some tanks are so difficult to see with a gas can spout in the way. 1

Well a bit of fuel got in the switches and wasted them, no amount of cleaning and flushing made them reliable again. No spare parts available so it is a throw-away item. I bought a cheaper knockoff from Amazon and we will see how it performs. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FLXFNCNF?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=

For me, that's perfection. Just don't fill them running, or over the grass. At age 75 I find lifting a 5 gallon can near impossible without an incident. Therefore, I transfer gas into several 1 or 2 gallon cans. Much easier and more control. I agree 100% Bob with one gallon transfer can instead of a 5 gallon.

You control the flow with a push button on the spout, no gas comes out until you push the button. It has a float in the spout that will shut off the flow for you when the tank is nearly full. I agree with this post, that 953 nut posted. I like the feeling that it is going to stop before over filling. When you get used to using these, it makes a certain sound that you listen for.I would like to add that I use only ethanol free fuel in these tractors. well worth the $$$$. 2

Also, I do use fuel stabilizer. I know some people say you don’t need it, but a couple cap fulls helps preserve it specially after a couple years of sitting there.
