Beap52 1,390 #3 Posted June 7 Youngest grandson is autistic along with other health issues one of them being food texture problems. Even though he is seven years old, he communicates at a two or three year old level. Most sentences are two or three, rarely four, words long. Yesterday his father, a principal at school, was telling his wife that today he was going to buy donuts for the teacher working summer school. All the grandson heard was 'donuts.' His part of the conversation was "Donuts, me?" This morning upon getting up, first words was "Donuts, me?" So his dad made a donut run.
